Passage of the MRTA earlier this year established in an entirely new regulatory framework for what’s projected to be a multi-billion dollar statewide industry. Within this framework are guidelines, goals, and priorities for the licensing process. This workshop will explore how the law can give entrepreneurs insights into what they should be doing now to prepare for applying to the Office of Cannabis Management.

We will be looking the following questions and more:

• Who will be prioritized for licensure?
• What type of information or plans will be required for the application?
• How can entrepreneurs be proactive in their pursuit of a license?
